On 5 November 2018, Mr. Jose Ocasio-Christian, President of Caelus Foundation, visited the Chinese Society of Astronautics (CSA) and gave a special report entitled "International Space Port". More than 20 researchers from affiliated institutes of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) and China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) attended the lecture and actively discussed with Mr. Jose, the keynote speaker.

The report on "International Space Port" put forward unique opinions on the future development trend of commercial space, made a detailed analysis on policies, financing models, human resources and technology integration related to commercial space development, and systematically expounded the broad prospects of future commercial space development and the challenges currently faced. Participants also put forward their own views on the development of commercial space and had in-depth exchanges with each other.
