National Science and Technology Award Nomination and Recommendation

The Chinese Society of Astronautics is qualified to organize aerospace science and technology professionals to apply for nearly 10 national science and technology awards and apply for academicians of China Academy of Engineering and China Academy of Sciences.

Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by CAST（YESS）

The Young Elite Scientist Sponsorship Program（YESS）is a national-level young talents program established by China Association for Science and Technology (CSAT) in 2015, aiming at supporting to the national societies or society consortiums affiliated to CSAT. The program adopts a stable support of presenting awards instead of giving subsidies and ,providing financial support for three consecutive years, vigorously supporting young scientific and technological talents under the age of 32 with great innovation ability and development potential, with a view to helping them make outstanding achievements in the golden age of creativity and grow into high-level leading talents in major scientific and technological fields of the country and an important reserve force for high-level innovative teams. Up to now, the Chinese Society of Astronautics has successfully recommended122 young talents to be selected for this program

Talent Incentives Program

Chinese Society of Astronautics (CSA) builds a growth incentive platform for young scientific and technological talents. Since 2017, CSA has created a "Youth Networking Event" Young Scientists Forum/Salon for young aerospace scientists. In 2020, the CSA Young Scientists Club was established. In 2023, efforts were made to create the "Incentive Plan for CSA High-level Doctoral Dissertations and Master’s Thesis" for doctoral and master graduates and the "Forum for High-level Young Scholars in Aerospace Field" for young scholars.
